Our technical department is the responsible to design our industrialization of our products taking in account the customer’s specifications.

 

We use a detailed standardized procedure in 7 steps, with interdepartmental work, that warranties in all moments the quality of the project, the timing of this one and also the economical side offered.

 

All our products and processes respond to the rules that mark our procedures of our quality system. All the new projects are developed in our production center of BMS at 100%: from CAD steps for the customer’s approval, passing to the definition of the tools and jigs to be used, as for the test trials and final validation of the project.

 

This autonomy and integration enable BMS to develop projects in a very short time timing. And by the way it allows us to develop and execute projects that are meant to be a kit assembly for the final customer, or to final vehicles
