Blow molding and extrusion

It’s a standard technology, present in many products around us, and that we use in daily basis. At Blow Molding System (BMS) we used it to produce plastic parts of high precision, as an alternative to other technologies that for capacity or quality requirements, cannot reach the high requirements from the customers.

In BMS we have available 16 blow moulding machines, for the production of volumes up to 200 litters, with all their auxiliary components for each one of them. This technology allows us to reach a high quality of the components fitted and prioritizing the over moulding in direct.

 
 

Plastic injection

Plastic welding

In Blow Molding System (BMS) we dominate the design and also the production of technical tanks manufactured by plastic injection and the further welding process. We obtain high prestation’s, compared to blow moulding but with the advantages of the respect of the internal geometries.

Our welded tanks can reach working pressures of 6 (high requirements), being a valid solution for expansion tanks (with internal circuits), gasoline-diesel or oil.

Machining and assemblies 

As a complement to the plastic transformation processes, in Blow Molding System (BMS)  we have created complex machining processes, in order to obtain the most difficult geometries and the maximum quality. Thanks to that, nowadays we have a very good experience in the design of machining processes and automatized processes, that complement the blow moulded part.

 

Meanwhile, we can perform all the necessary assemblies of a final product with an integration of the productive process. In this way we can reduce the process tie and obtain a high reaction flexibility on the customer’s need’s.

Quality control

Every Project is unique. That is the reason why, in each one of them, since the design phase, we configurate all the resources and processes needed, in order to guarantee the maximum quality of the product in an autonomous way. For that, we use technical solutions as “poka-yokes”, as an example, drop test machines, helium test in order to control the leakage, torque controls, jigs, 3D scans, flexion tests,…etc.
